Hi, I’m Sierra Benner. I’m a creative strategist who helps amplify brands through storytelling, connection, and creative strategy. I started in agency marketing after earning my degree in Advertising and Communications. Since then I’ve worked across community-driven orgs like Boise Startup Week and City of Good, and I’ve managed social for nationally recognized spirits brands like Elijah Craig and Evan Williams. Somewhere along the way I found my sweet spot in influencer marketing and partnerships. I like the mix of strategy, people, and problem-solving, and I’m good at building real relationships while keeping campaigns organized and on track.

These days I freelance across creative strategy, web and visual design, business development, and influencer work. I build decks, tighten messaging, manage details, and keep things moving without making it stressful.

Outside of work, I’m an Idaho mountain girl turned ocean-lover. I’m usually happiest outside, skiing, rafting, camping, or out on baby waves on a longboard. Travel has shaped a lot of how I think and how I work, and it’s also made me appreciate how much better life is when you have good people around you. That’s honestly one of my biggest strengths: I’m a real people person and a natural connector. I’m the glue friend who keeps the group chat alive, plans the trip, and makes sure everyone feels included.
